Puntarenas

The largest province of the country in which you find everything: Cloud forest, Seaports as well as Nature Trails and Party Locations. In Puntarenas you will find world-class surfing areas as Playa Hermosa and Pavones. The Corcovado National Park is unique in the world and one of the last paradises of the flora and fauna. In Jacó you can dance until the sun rising and in Santa Elena and Monteverde explore the jewels of the cloud forest.

Puntarenas

Puntarenas is a major hub which connects the mainland with the Nicoya Peninsula by ferry for trucks and cars. The beach promenade is a popular destination especially for local tourists from the Central Valley. The provincial capital also has a large marina and fishing port.

Nicoya South

The southern part of the Nicoya Peninsula is an area where you will find landscapes of majestic beauty and beautiful secluded beaches as picturesque villages that have something to offer for everyone. Luxury and comfort in Tambor, the surf beaches of Santa Teresa and Mal Pais or Montezuma has its own special charm, the southern Nicoya Peninsula is well worth a visit.

Montes de Oro, Miramar

Monteverde, Santa Elena

Monteverde with his protected cloud forest reserves, exceptional flora and fauna considered one of the most famous ecotourism destinations of Central America. The Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve is a private reserve, property of the Centro Científico Tropical, a scientific organization.

Esparza

A small oasis for a dinner for two with a magnificent sunset and candlelight can be found just a few minutes from Puerto Caldera. The Restaurant and Hotel Costa del Sol is located right on the lagoon in Mata de Limon.

Garabito, Jacó

Aguirre, Quepos (Manuel Antonio)

Although Manuel Antonio is the smallest national park in Costa Rica, where a visit to this park with its 12 small islands and beautiful beaches among the highlights of any trip to Costa Rica. If you have a little luck you can watch along with many other exotic animals dolphins and whales.

Osa, Puerto Cortes

The Osa Peninsula is a small world of its own and the Corcovado National Park with 800 different species of birds unique and one of the last havens of humanity.

Golfito

Golfito is a jewel in the wild south of Costa Rica! While shopping through the Deposito Libre Comercial de Golfito (duty-free area) each year many thousands of Ticos there, the charm of the small town has been preserved and thanks to this initiative could also benefit tourism.
